Capturing Community at Chesterton Square with the Dash Gordon Foundation
Highlighting Community, Compassion, and Connection
I recently had the opportunity to photograph a meaningful event at Chesterton Square in Ponchatoula, hosted by the Dash Gordon Foundation. Their mission—to support and raise awareness for the special needs, disabled, and at-risk communities—is something I deeply respect, and I was honored to be a part of it.
The event brought together families, friends, and supporters from across the area. It was full of real moments: kids laughing, quiet conversations, hugs, and connection. My goal as a photographer is always to capture what’s authentic, and this event was full of those moments.
I specialize in senior portraits, family sessions, business headshots, and event photography. Whether I’m at a large event or a one-on-one shoot, I focus on making people feel comfortable and helping them show up as themselves. That’s when the best photos happen.
I’m based in Ponchatoula and work with families and businesses throughout the Hammond area as well. If you’re looking for straightforward, relaxed photography that feels like you—whether it’s a family session, senior portraits, or professional headshots—I’d love to connect.
Let’s talk about how I can help tell your story through photography.
